  1. How long are shipping times?
  • Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Our US orders are shipped via US Postal Service and or UPS. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
  • Holidays and weekends are not days for shipping or delivering orders. We might have to delay your order a few days if we have a high order volume. Please keep this in mind when you place your order. 

 

  1. What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at abikdavi101@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please take a look at your order when you get it and let us know immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if your order has not yet shipped. If your order has already shipped and you would still like to cancel, please get in touch with us at  abikdavi101@gmail.com for assistance. 

 

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there's an issue with your order -- if it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- Please refer to the REFUNDS & RETURNS. Section. 

 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at abikdavi101@gmail.com
